A DIFFERENT TONE - [ talking to angels ]

The universe speaks to us all the time. In the midst of the noise of the world, we do not always hear.
This Kundalini Yoga immersion will be one of playing with the silence and the sound, the gravity and the weightlessness of existence; of being rigid and dancing free. The magic to be found in the spaces in between. May breath be our ally, our bodies an instrument of articulation.  
 
Eventually, our journeys may spark a conversation important to have; maybe in a language you did not know you were able to speak.
