Yes! A core focus of this training is exploring the role of sound and frequency in breathwork. You’ll learn how to use tools like singing bowls, drums , and vocal tone to enhance sessions, support emotional release, and deepen integration.
However, this is not a sound bath teacher training. While we’ll cover foundational elements of sonic work, the focus is on how sound can be used as a supportive tool within breathwork facilitation. You’ll gain a strong understanding of how to integrate sound intentionally and effectively into breathwork sessions. -
Somatic awareness is the practice of guiding participants to connect deeply with their bodies, fostering a sense of safety and presence during breathwork. It’s essential for helping clients process emotions, regulate their nervous systems, and experience deeper healing.
